Servolab was recognized at the Analytik Jena Annual Meeting in São Paulo
São Paulo, Brazil – September 22, 2025. Servolab C.A. attended the Analytik Jena Annual Meeting, held at the company’s facilities in São Paulo, Brazil, from September 20 to 22. As part of the Sales Seminar for Latin America, our team had the honor of presenting the progress, achievements, and prospects of the work carried out in Venezuela to promote analytics in various industries.
The Servolab delegation consisted of José Mago, president of the company; Josué Mago, director of operations; and Missael Palma, head of the sales department. During the event, Josué Mago gave a presentation on the strong partnership between Servolab and Analytik Jena, which has been consolidated over a decade of joint work in quality control for Venezuelan laboratories. He also shared a summary of sales and services between 2023 and 2025, along with marketing strategies and projections for 2025 and 2026.

One of the most emotional moments of the seminar was the presentation of a special award to José Mago by Dr. Julio Mattos, general sales manager for Latin America, and Dr. Maik Schemidt, global sales manager at Analytik Jena. In his speech, Dr. Matos highlighted the perseverance, positive attitude, and commitment of the president of Servolab, stating: “Despite the challenges facing his country, José continues to move forward with enthusiasm and vision. He is a great friend, always positive, and although he sometimes thinks we forget him, that is not true.” The audience responded enthusiastically to the call: “Who is this man?” — “José Manuel Mago!” — thus celebrating the recognition of an exemplary career.

At the close of the event, José Mago said: “We came to São Paulo for sales training and we are leaving happy, with an award for teamwork in Venezuela. Thank you to all our customers and friends. Despite any difficulties, Servolab C.A. and Analytik Jena remain your allies in the laboratory.”
This meeting reaffirms Servolab C.A.’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and strengthening analytics in Venezuela and throughout Latin America.
